I've been performing and teaching on mountain and hammered dulcimer in California since 1976. Have taught hundreds of folks in the San Francisco Bay Area. I play & teach a variety of music styles (Old Timey, Irish and other Celtic, French, Scandinavian, and some contemporary music). I enjoy working with students of all experience levels, and gear my teaching to the needs and interests of my students. I love to teach and my students generally enjoy themselves and stick with learning the dulcimer!

Reguirement: must have a dulcimer and a willingness to learn. I teach basic tuning - mixolydian, ionian and aeolian modes songs in tablature chording and chord progressions so that you can play just about any song you want to learn.
