Join us for
music and fellowship!
Here at the
Dulcimer Society of Northern Illinois, aka DSNI, musicians get
together once a month, eight times per year for a Sunday
afternoon of playing music and socializing. Our goal is to enjoy
playing music together while increasing our musical knowledge
and skills. We really enjoy playing with other acoustic instruments and
heartily invite all to join.
There is no
prerequisite for joining. Our programs are geared so all can
participate. We encourage beginners to attend as well as
intermediate and advanced musicians. We offer a positive
environment to learn, teach, share and explore music.
Each season we put
schedule that includes
six meetings that are member lead and have covered a wide range
of topics and styles including duets, Celtic and world music.
Two meetings feature workshops with mini-concerts led by

support! We hope you can join us for rewarding music and
