Waltz Across Texas is a three-chord song in the key of G according to everything I've found so far. I couldn't find a dulcimer arrangement I liked in G so I moved it to D. Moving it to the key of D might mean you have to sing higher but attached is a version I worked out in a DAA tuning and the key of D. It only needs a D chord on the third fret, an A chord on the 4th fret, and a pseudo A7 chord on the 4th fret if you just want chords for accompaniment. The file also includes my interpretation of the melody on the melody string in DAA tuning if you want to play only the melody. Open it with Wordpad or Word since Notepad doesn't manage the spaces as I intended.
