Free Tab for January "The Bells of St. Mary's"

Postby dulcidame » Fri Jan 01, 2010 11:48 pm

Hi Everyone!
To "ring" in the New Year I've posted "The Bells of St. Mary's".
Due to the Christmas scene in the 1945 movie "The Bells of St. Mary's" this song is often thought of as a holiday song but actually the song, written in 1917, makes no reference to the Christmas season.
This arrangement is a simple parallel chord arrangement with bass string drone. I hope you enjoy it!

Thanks Shelley,
I have tried to play this tune in the past, but never really knew exactly how it went. Now I can find out. Friends,
Gary

Shelley, Don Pedi is doing two workshops and a concert in March in Mt. Dora. Maybe you need to come down and do the same?
