"Turkey in the Straw"

Postby jtisch » Sat Nov 21, 2009 6:36 pm

I was somewhat surprised not to find this old favorite here at ED. I have been able to come up with an "ice cream truck"(rather simple) version by ear but would like to find an upper beginner to intermediate version. Any leads?

TIA,

J

Hi J,

I did a Google search, and found this:

I'm not sure how playable it is, though.

Ron

Thanks, Ron
I don't know why I didn't find that on google search. It seems like a decent version so far, though it starts out an octave higher(I think) than what I came up with and what I see on you-tube.

Here's what I came up with. I tried it in Ionian tab as it's in the key of G and ends on 3.
