Daughter moving to Nashville

I suspect there are a number of Nashville residents on this list, so I will give it a try.

Can anyone tell me enough about Nashville to know where it is safe to find an apartment. My 21 year old daughter is moving there by herself and I would like to find a place where she will be safe. Thanks for any help you can provide.
