Changes to Clubs area!

Hi Everyone!

The clubs area looks a little different and won't impact you unless YOU ARE THE PERSON WHO MAINTAINS YOUR CLUB LISTING FOR YOUR CLUB. If so, please read on!

Now you can take responsibility for your own club listing and make changes as necessary. No more relying on me to update you info. If you are the one who needs to own your club's listing on ED:

- once you are logged in to the site, go to the clubs area, and go to your club's listing
- if you see a link beside your club's name that says 'claim' then your club listing IS NOT associated with your user account and we need to correct this! Click the claim link and claim your club listing. (I'll have to approve this, so it may take a day...more if I'm traveling).
- Once you claim is approved, you may return to your club listing and see an 'edit' link there. You have the ability to edit your listing and keep it accurate and up to the minute! Remember, once you make changes, they have to be looked at, so your club listing may disappear for a bit while it's awaiting approval. (We do this to ensure bad content doesn't make it public...for your protection.)

Thanks again to Ron Zuckerman for his tireless work on this and other parts of the site. He's been a GIFT to us all!

Next steps are to do similar for tab submissions and events.

One of the latest software updates removed the ability to edit your club infomation from the "View or Edit My Content/Information" page. I have sent Bruce an update to fix this.
