Sharon

Marshall and I were there, along with Janet who was listening at work, and a harmonica player from Brazil. We closed shop around 8:30 Tuesday night.

Della

Hope your date with your husband went well - you were missed, but I know the needing "us" time thing all too well.

Great. You help the room to sound good. Hope some of the other folks will come too.

We had a good group last night. Della (Island Girl) , Rod (Modulcimer), James ( Mr Jop), Mr. Chips (whose real name I dont know) and I , Marshall (canoeman32).
It was a lot fun playing and singing in turn. We did hav another person who played electric guitar. I told him electric was not alloud but told him to play softly. He did one song and was a good singer. Too bad he doesn't play acoustic.
We still need more dulcimer players and singers. Please join us next Tues. at 8:00PM.

Hi Marshall...this is Janet (MsJD2u). Sorry I wasn't able to make it last night. When do you normally open the room on Saturdays?

I finally got a mic and hope it will pick up better than my headset. :)

I'll be there tonight ... hope to "hear" you there too!!!!! Pop in just to listen for awhile even if you think you're not ready to play for / with others. To know what is going on takes the "scary" away. We don't bite.. well not hard anyway... You can play from tab or by ear or what ever works for you.. no one going to tell you you played that wrong.. just people who love to play and love to hear others play and have a good time... so come on over and sit a spell.
