Can't get to homepage

I'm able to get to the Discussion Forum (by doing a google search for it), but nothing I do will pull up the homepage. Do you think this has anything to do with any of my security settings? I'm running IE 9, which I was using before this problem. Really miss my inability to use a top menu to get to tabs, etc.
