Hi All, The air mattress I have isn't a fancy one. I bought it at WalMart in the camping section. That's right it's a regular twin size box air mattress. I've been sleeping on it for over a year. When my daughter comes to visit, she hits my bed first. I go to look for her and there she is sound asleep in my bed. At her place she puts an Areo bed on her fold out couch so that I can spend the night there and be comfortable. Something else that is comforting and relaxing is dried lavender. I have a small pillow of the flowers that I keep by my big pillow. It helps with headaches too. Play on, FF

I read in a craft book where you can make special pillowcases with a pocket in them that seals up to put your lavendar into and have it all in one pillow. I love the smell of lavendar too. Gail
